My lactation support focuses on 3 key areas:
  • Let's Latch - Helping you and your baby find a comfortable, effective latch
  • Supply Support - Guidance for undersupply/oversupply or maintaining your milk supply
  • Pumping Pro - Help to make pumping efficient and sustainable

All services include one week of text or phone support after your appointment, so you're not left on your own after our session.

We'll start before baby arrives and go over your feeding plan, equipment, and basic education, so you feel confident and ready. Then, you'll have two follow-up sessions after birth to address any challenges you're experiencing. This package ensures you have continuous support during one of the most important transitions of your life.
